Topic: How to watch videos on a mobile device
If the broadcasting party has opted to provide MP4 versions of the videos, they can be viewed on most mobile devices including iphone and ipad.  To view a video on one of these devices, browse to the page where you typically watch the videos and click on the ipod icon for the archive video you wish to view.  Next, click the link that says Mobile Archive and then select the video title.  After a few seconds you should be able to press the play button and view the video.

Topic: Full Screen View
You can access the full screen view by clicking on the small black box located on the control bar.  The control bar can only be seen when a video is playing.  To return to regular size push the "Esc" key or push the small black box on the control bar.  When you are in full screen view pass your curser over the screen and the control bar will show up.

Topic: How Do I Watch a Live Video Feed?
Once the live feed starts it will automatically play on the welcome screen.  If it is not starting automatically, refresh your screen after the event starts.  This will prompt the player to look for the live feed.  Try one of the archived videos to the right to make sure you are able to watch video on your computer.

Your connection to the Internet is not fast enough or is operating slowly.  Many Internet connections are known to operate slowly at peak usage times.  If you are on a high speed connection and you are experiencing breaks in the video, try back in a few hours.  You are most likely experiencing a peak traffic time on your local Internet provider.  If you are on a wireless DSL your connection is much like a cell phone and may go in and out of a full connection.  If you are on a dial-up connection you will have a difficult time watching the videos.  500 kbps or higher down load is desirable.  Check you Internet speed at http://www.speedtest.net/
